Bannon's Mountain is 100 acres of incredible privacy located at the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains between the cities of Saratoga Springs and Corinth, NY. Just 15 minutes south of Bannon’s Mountain you can find the famous Saratoga Race Track, the National Museum of Racing, The Saratoga Center for the Performing Arts, and numerous golf courses. To the north, only 20 minutes away is the famed Lake George, a beautiful 36-mile crystal clear lake in the Adirondack Mountains.
On our 100 wooded acres, you have your own tennis court (with pickleball lines) and in-ground pool. You also have your very own one-acre lake just a short hike from the house.
When you leave Bannon's Mountain, you are only a short ride to the world-famous Saratoga Race Track and numerous first-class golf courses. In addition, there are dozens of other activities only minutes away from Bannon’s Mountain: horseback riding at the many stables, rafting and tubing adventures on the Hudson River and Great Sacandaga, flying from tree to tree on zip-lines at Adirondack Extreme, a visit to the Factory Outlet Malls in Glens Falls, fine dining in downtown Saratoga, entertainment at the Lake George Dinner Theater, majestic balloon flights and parasailing on Lake George, and visits to the historic Fort William Henry Museum. And within only a couple of hours are the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown and the U.S. Olympic Facilities in Lake Placid.

Summary: Enjoyed hiking in the woods to the little lake. Playing tennis, basketball and pickleball. Fire pit and stone indoor fireplace kept us warm on the chilly weekend. Close to Saratoga Springs.

Summary: We booked Bannon's Mountain for my daughter's wedding as a place for her and the bridal party to stay. The house and property were better than expected, and our hosts - Joe & Kenny - were wonderful!! Gorgeous views during the day, sitting around the fire with friends at night, and an absolutely perfect location - Bannon's Mountain helped my daughter and her fiance have the best wedding ever!!! Thank you Joe & Kenny!!!

Summary: Bannons Mountain is a beautiful place to enjoy your family vacation We had our family of 16(8 grandchildren, 8 adults) all together at this one of a kind resort/compound The property is a haven for a big family to gather and enjoy the peaceful property. The location is perfect to visit Lake George, Saratoga, Lake Luzern The host, Joe Bannon was a pleasure to work with and to meet. Joe’s mountain resort is maintained by his trusty and reliable caretaker, Kenny. Kenny and Joe were extremely helpful and very great communicators We rate this property of at least a 12 out of 10!

Summary: Bannon’s Mountain is absolutely perfect. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. Everything upon check in was clean, organized and the property was pristine. Joe is the best host I’ve ever encountered. Everything was set up to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Already looking to come back and we just left! Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Summary: One of a kind, incredible property complete with beautiful home, amazing views, gas grill, fire pit, tennis and basketball court, ping pong table, swimming pool, walking/hiking/running trail, and pond. Not to mention the kindest, most generous, and accommodating hosts you will find. Cannot wait to be back!

Summary: Our large family gathered from around the country and had a wonderful week at Bannon's Mountain. There is so much to do on the property. We spent time at the pond swimming, using the kayaks and paddleboats, and hanging at the beach. Of course the pool got the most use from our bunch. Plenty of pool toys! We also got a tennis tournament going despite us all being novices and played some hoops. The camp is very spacious. There are multiple sitting areas, a sun room, and a couple different tables to eat at. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a great deck with views and a fire pit right off the deck with more firewood than we could have used. Smores every night! Bannon's Mountain is truly unique and we look forward to coming back!
