Summary: This home is exceptional. A extremely well-stocked kitchen. I brought too many kitchen items with me due to the fact that I have gotten used to homes I rent NOT being well-stocked. All the appliances worked. Linens a plenty. Beds very comfy. Everyone was so very comfortable staying with us in this lovely home. Nicely decorated with plenty of comfortable seating. For me the best part is the beautiful patio with seating and view of the golf course and mountains. The owner/manager was very available to answer questions, very attentive. Thank you for allowing my family to stay in this home!

Summary: Dalton Ranch golf was tremendous. The staff there was wonderful and the course was top-notch. The property was very nice with only a few complaints. The pots and pans were dirty as was where they were stored. The furniture on the outside patio was covered with debris from the surrounding cottonwood trees. The shower control in the second bathroom was installed upside down which resulted in water temperatures that were either too hot or too cold to take a shower.

Summary: We were In Durango for a family wedding. It was the perfect amount of space for us. Well equipped except for shampoo and conditioner. I brought my own but others thought it would be present. Very conveniently located to town and has a well stocked little store in walking distance. Quiet at night. Beds comfortable. No AC but we didn’t need it as the weather was cool while we were there in early August.

Summary: This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated on a beautiful golf course! Flowers and landscaping nice! Everything we needed, great beds and TV! Added bonus - a bear joined us on our back porch - we were inside but we loved it! Got a great pic !

Summary: This 3 bedroom home, on the Dalton Ranch Country Club course, was perfect for our family to share during a visit to Durango for a wedding event. The "fairway" location provided beautiful views of the mountains, just beyond the Animas River, only yards away from the rear patio. This home is 1st class, in every respect.. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, it provides the perfect place to rest up after experiencing the adventure opportunities that Durango has to offer. We even had the wildlife visit our patio one morning. A yearling bear cub ambled across the fairway from the riverbed and checked out the patio before being scared off by golfers on the nearby tee-box. A perfect way to start your day in Dalton Ranch! Bloody Mary's and bears. I highly recommend this home for your visit to the Durango area. Thanks to the Bogus family for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Bob Jackson Poway, Ca
