This lovely one level home overlooks the fourth fairway at the renowned Dalton Ranch Golf Course-open to the public. Magnificent views, surrounded by red cliffs, 10 minutes from downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory ski area. Across the street in the subdivision is a large pond where you can enjoy catch and release fishing. This home is located within one mile of the Animas River, Durango Hot Springs & Spa, as well as many popular hiking and biking trails.
The kitchen has plenty of seating: a breakfast bar, a dinette area for six. There is also a formal dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The main living area features a gas fireplace and smart TV and DVD player and beautiful view of the fairway.

Summary: Had a great stay with a range of ages. House was very clean and conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to add window coverings in the smaller two bedrooms. We needed to be up by 6:30, so the early morning sunlight didn’t bother us, but it pretty bright early.

Summary: Perfect place to stay while we celebrated Christmas with Great Grandparents who live next door in The Ranch. Close to downtown, the ski area. Cozy house with everything you need and great views of the golf course and the mountains.

Summary: We loved the location. Home base for driving north to see aspen. Sat out on patio and watched golfers go by. Even saw deer. Everything was in kitchen that we needed. When LP tank went empty another was available. One suggestion would be some printed directions on working the T V. Also child height potty off of the guest bedroom was strange. Over all we would love to return.

Summary: We chose this property because it was near friends. The house was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Loved spending mornings on the back patio with a cup of tea. Beautiful view of the golf course.
