The door code is provided only to the person who made the reservation. Please ensure that you share this information with the other members of your group, as we will not be able to provide it to anyone else.

Please do not block neighboring driveways or park on the street (Per HOA regulations, cars will be towed at owner's expense).

No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors or in common areas.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and other guests.
🚭 Smoking
No smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home. A cleaning/deodorization fee of $200 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Smoking is allowed only outside and away from doors and windows. Please do not throw cigarrete butts on ground/grass.
🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please treat the space with care and report any damages or issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Please note that any damages inside the house, as well as any broken or lost items, will result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements.
Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning charge .
👥 Guest Count
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed. If the number of guests is more than the ones registered, an additional fee of the maximun capacity of the house will be charged.
📹 Security Cameras
For safety and insurance reasons, we monitor the exterior of the property using security cameras.
For your privacy, there is absolutely no cameras inside the properties.
🔥 Parties & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. In violation of this, the police will be called, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Additionally, an extra cost of $1,000 imposed by the HOA, plus $300 for extra cleaning, will be charged.

No pets are allowed. Violation of this will incur in an additional fee of $250.

Summary: Overall was a great stay, great location for USBS bowling tournament (very close to LSC)The bedrooms are large and well maintained. We arrived to a Thank you note, two bottles of water and 2 cans of soda, with a few Keurig coffee pods. It was clean and spacious! Our only complaint was lack of place to put your clothes - i.e hangers/dressers. Also, cooking was a bit cumbersome, as it lacked a few basic things like kitchen towels and oven mitts. There were exactly enough drinking glasses as well, no more. Only large drinking glasses and coffee cups. No juice glasses. The coffee maker is an off brand Keurig - makes exactly 1 cup at a time, so feel free to bring your own Keurig coffee pods. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. No wash cloths, and exactly enough towels. We would stay again, if we were to come to Baton Rouge! Highly recommend!

Summary: This unit was perfect for the 6 of us that traveled down for the USBC bowling championship. The unit had everything we needed for our stay which was so nice. It is centrally located to everything. Would stay again if we come back.

Summary: Very clean, a lot of space for our large group, had cooking utensils and silverware so we didn't have to eat out for every meal, washer and dryer, two bedrooms had TVs, a very nice space to stay there for a few days.
