Positive: This is a beautifully restored property with amazing views over the valley and the mountains in the distance. It's not far from Milan and can be easily accessed by car. There are some nice restaurants in the village below, and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook yourself. We were a group skiing in Cervinia, so we loved the communal areas e.g., kitchen and sitting room in the evenings to relax. It's also very close to a number of ski spots like Chamois, Valtourneche and Cervinia. There's a little driving to each spot, but very doable. I highly recommend this property, especially for families and groups of friends. It was very well-priced and we all really enjoyed our stay.
Negative: The property is advertised as having 5 bedrooms, but it's really two self-contained bedrooms. The rest of the beds are in communal areas or areas that others must pass through e.g. large corridors. It's not a major deal for families or friends, but we had two couples in the group and one of them had to stay in the mezzanine above the living room which I'm sure wasn't as private as they would have liked. Overall, it didn't spoil the trip, but I think that it could be more transparent.

Positive: The view from the house was wonderful. The quietness of the place was comforting
Negative: The house structurte was very uncomfortable: the only bedroom for a couple is in the 3rd floor. The stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor are too narrow and a bit dangerous. Entering the bedroom is risky with unlooked for step and bump in the head is almost unavoidable to persons who are above 1.75 m. The heating system is tuned to operate under 20 degrees. The house was sometimes too cold. The host never talked to us, just texted. She responded to all our questions, and we have no complaines, but she demonstrated indifferece to our enjoyment in our stay.
