Summary: The pool was wonderful and very clean. It was nice to come home after a day at the beach and be able to enjoy the pool. Everything we needed was in walking distance or a short drive. All the beaches are just beautiful.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this rental and would definitely rent here again. Location was amazing (minutes walk to beach and great restaurants). Backyard was a lovely oasis! Quiet neighborhood.

Summary: we stayed for a week and overall loved our stay. The house was clean and we were provided with basic necessities and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. They also had a wagon and beach chairs for beach trips. We loved that the Queen palm is walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and of course the beach. There is a pool on the property which is nice if you’re not up for the beach but take note that it might be just big enough for a small number of people. Overall, when we go back I might book the place again!

Summary: My mom and I had a great stay. The property was well maintained and clean. The only con to the property is that the only way to access the backyard/pool area is by going out the front door and through the fence.

Summary: The home is definitely on the small side, but beautifully decorated and furnished. It was the perfect size for myself, and my three children. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The only thing I would change is to have access to the pool from inside the house - but that isn't a big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal, the bedrooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was very nice, and they provided plenty of linens of the 4 of us. The washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The location was nice and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying on Holmes beach/AMI!

Summary: Great communication throughout. Short golf cart ride to the beach. Left a couple of notes for the cleaning crew. TV was very dusty and a blanket was very dirty. Could do better with that

Summary: Great accomodations, very walkable. Will be great when road construction is complete. Friendly neighborhood. Binder with all the info was very helpful. Only thing missing was a map for easiest walk to beach. Though it's a short walk, you need to know where access is. Pool was perfect for two.
