Four Beach Lovers is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.
Welcome to the Four Beach Lovers, located in Holmes Beach, this gulf front tropical paradise features four well-appointed and comfortable one bedroom units. Each of the four units is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. All four units feature a private patio area and a charcoal grill for your use. The Four Beach Lovers complex is surrounded by lush, native landscaping and decks. It even features a charming gazebo with adjoining fountain and old fashioned “porch” swings! Did we mention the beach? Walk out your door and you’re on a wide expanse of white sand with a back drop of azure blue water and white clouds. This is a frequent spot for dolphin watching!
Unit 1 at Four Beach Lovers is the Southwest unit directly facing the beach. The private covered patio is perfect for watching the sunsets, searching for shells or just sitting back to relax with a book after a day at the beach.
This unit has just been completely refurnished with all new furniture, linens and dishes!
This updated unit features a recently updated kitchen and bath. There is a 48” television with a DVD player in the living room and a 31"television in the bedroom.
Unit 1 sleeps four with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
There is a free laundry room onsite for your use.
This is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to one car.

We love the location...it is perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and up to date. The property managers were friendly and responsive to our every need. We would love a more comfortable sofa and perhaps a loveseat instead of the two wicker chairs but this is the only thing we would change. Everything else is perfect! We hope to be back again next year.

Summary: We stayed here for a week and wanted to stay forever! Condo is great, very well appointed with lots of little.extras. Our condo was directly on the beach. Plenty of beach chairs for us to use along with grills and charcoal. Highly recommend!!

The little condo, the surroundings, the view are calm, quiet, serene and beautiful! The turquoise water bobs all day-what's not to love! We love this spot and the IVR folks are the best too!

Summary: We enjoyed every minute of our Spring Break vacation at this property. The unit was very clean upon arrival, there was plenty of space for our family of four (with 2 elementary age kids), the kitchen supplies were well-stocked and the beach access was incredible. We loved the convenience of being steps from the gorgeous AMI ocean and spent all day - from sunrise to sunset - enjoying the beach. We hope to be back soon!

Summary: Clean property. Nice location. Please consider there is no place to put our things. It would be nice to have hooks or dressers. It was difficult to stay organized as everything was on the floor. Couch needs replaced. More blankets needed for comfort. Management super kind and professional. Very helpful. Definitely would come back!!!

The back deck is a shaded,decked area with a dinnng area under a gazebo, 2 double swings, a serene water fountain and charcoal grills .Great gathering place for eating,cards/games,reading or work. Free laundry and beach chairs and towels to use. Couple blocks from the Publix,walgreens strip shopping center. Mgt property communicates thru out your stay by text that you can respond to and get replies immediately.
