Positive: The hotel room and beds were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great with the right number of options. I did like the keyless card on your phone. And I liked I got a text from Hilton asking if we had any questions we could text them, since the front desk clerks were no help. The area was close to fast food joints and supermarkets. The hotel looked clean and well kept.
Negative: There is $5.00 parking fee that was not mentioned and do not understand why we have to pay for parking when we are in the middle of no were. The Day front desk clerk looked like was she new and the middle of training with another front desk clerk. The one who was in training could use more training. She was not that much friendly did not tell us anything important about our stay. For example, there was a $75.00 deposit, $5.00 parking. If there was breakfast and if so, what was the times. Our room number, the Wi-Fi information. We just got handed the fee and told us good day. I did not feel welcomed. The evening front desk clerk he was great. Our side of the window and where our room was facing a greyhound bus garage where they kept all the buses. so, all throughout the early mornings there was nonstop honking from these buses parked in the garage.
Summary: Very comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was great.
