As a Texas-inspired vacation home, this place is all about outdoor fun! Heated pool, spa, cabana, and covered seating area with a fire pit. Total kitchen remodeling completed in September 2021. Everything was professionally designed for Airbnb guests. This 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home has a wonderful open floor plan which allows plenty of space for large groups. I know WiFi is important to you so I have the latest Eero Pro 500 mbps mesh system. The outdoor area is simply unbelievable! Parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway plus ample street parking. Everything is provided for you; all you need to bring are your clothes! Here is what you can expect:
The Huge Outdoor Area:
Lounge by the large pool and spa or relax in the covered cabana while your friends are playing games: ping pong, darts, corn-hole, and more. You would rather eat and sip on a cool beverage? The covered patio with plush seating includes a fire pit and the comforts of a VIP Vegas lounge. There is a 65" 4K TV that rotates 360 degrees so you can watch your favorite team play while cooling off in the pool or put on a movie and watch it with your significant other in the spa. No Texas home is complete without a BBQ and outdoor dining, of course, so there is a large gas grill so you can prepare your Texas T-Bone steaks.
Very private heated pool:
$150 per day to heat with two two-day minimum. 8 person hot tub is always free! The pool cannot be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees during your stay.
The living area:
A spacious open floor plan allows for a great indoor-outdoor experience. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to a dining area with seating for 12, a living room with plenty of seating and a large TV for game nights, a fireplace, 2 bar areas, and a 9' shuffleboard table. Cable TV and Alexa cover all your music needs.
The sleeping:
This home will comfortably sleep up to 17 people. Don't want to share beds? We can sleep 11 in individual beds and +1 on the cozy leather couch! All furnishing, mattresses, and bedding are new and super comfy.

Washer & dryer, coffee bar, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, hairdryers, and much more.

It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood near White Rock Lake and features 11 individual beds, TVs, ceiling fans in every room, and an incredible outdoor space. It is rare to find such a glorious and peaceful, yet fun outdoor space this close to everything!

1. The pool is open year-round but can not be heated if the outside temperature drops below 45 degrees at any time during your stay.
2. It is $150 per day with a two-day minimum to heat the pool, and we need at least two days prior notice.
3. NO SMOKING inside or outside. If the home smells like smoke at checkout, there is an additional flat $500 cleaning fee.
4. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 10 pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day.
5. Be honest with your host. You must be 25 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day, and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations
6. Parking is restricted to the property's garage and driveways. Should you have to park on the street, please be mindful of the neighbors.
7. Checkout is mandatory at 11:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 11:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. We accommodate our arriving guests with a noon baggage drop so we can not do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
8. If early check-in is possible it is complementary starting at 2:00 pm and $50 per hour before that time
9. Check-out instructions: Take all trash out, start the dishwasher, and turn off lights. Start a load of towels. Adjust the thermostat AC to 75 and heat 65.
10. Yard and pool maintenance may come during your stay without further notification.
