Summary: Was not impressed with the gentleman checking us in but there was a very nice lady who kept the pool open an extra 15 minutes so our granddaughter s could swim. The hotel was beautiful.

Summary: When we arrived Ben was very helpful. He greeted us with a smile and made the check in very pleasant. Unfortunately everything went downhill after that. The TV remote didn’t work. Ben tried to help but said he wouldn’t be able to get it resolved until the next day. The next day we went out for our Distillery tours expecting to come back to it working but no one had even came to the room, not even to freshen up the room. The person at the front desk for Saturday said there had been no passdown ahout the tv needing to be looked at. Ben mentioned there being a room that had issues with the tv and this new clerk mentioned it had happened to one other room before nit sounded like neither one was keeping track of what the room number was. Another guest listening said she had the same issue in her room. While asking for help the new clerk had his personal items-food, clothes, phone chargers and other items laying all the guest table instead of on the back break area. We decided to go check out the pool and the pool looked dingy. We got in hoping it was just an older pool but absolutely no chlorine smell at all…it almost smelled like mildew. We stayed in for about 15 minutes and just decided to get out. We then went up to take a shower and found hair from previous guests in the shower…on the walls, the floor and in the showerhead. Just overall a horrible experience. The only things we did feel were positive were the blackout curtains were the best we’ve seen and the breakfast.

Summary: Only complaint is the TV doesn’t work unless you bring your own laptop to connect to the HDMI cable. Happened to us this trip as well as back in November at this property so it seems to be a running issue.

Summary: Over one hour wait before we could check-in. We were told it was because Hotels.com virtual card wouldn’t clear. Called Hotels.com customer service and was transferred to 5 different people!

Summary: Enjoyed the extra space the extended stay style room provided. Bathroom was more spacious than many hotels can be.
