Positive: This property is STUNNING. It is a beautiful historic building. The night staff were not the most helpful but management and the daytime staff were fantastic. The response time from the management with our issues was very appreciated.
Negative: TV was broken (hotel addressed and are fixing it). WIFI was not working and night staff said it could not be helped day staff said they were looking into it.
Summary: Beautiful property, nice staff, lots of history.
