Positive: Love Home2Suites brand. The suite was just what we needed. So much space for my handicapped mother. Love the fridge, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, dark, dark electric shades
Negative: Housekeeping was a problem. We asked for service day one, left for a couple hours, came back and hadn’t gotten service, so we were going to nap, and put out the do not disturb sign. They knocked loud twice and then came in, waking my mother. Next day, got a text about how things were going, I said we really had to have housekeeping. They knocked while we were showering. I peeped out the door and said not now. As we left we said we still needed housekeeping (11::15 am). Front desk took note of it; got back at 9, still no service. Third day, we stopped by front desk and said we had to have housekeeping. Due to using the handicap shower chair the bathroom floor was soaked and most of the towels. Stopped at front desk on the way out again and said we had to have service. They said we weren’t on the list. But he added our room number. We did get service on that 3rd day, with 2 new towels (for 3 of us), more tp, and emptied wastebaskets. But the soaking wet bath mat was still hanging in the tub.
Summary: Most all of the staff was extremely nice. I love these hotels and will stay again just not sure why they send you texts
