Summary: When we checked in my girls went up to the room while I moved the car as the front entrance was not accessible because it had just been painted. Our first room had pubic hair on the toilet seat, and the sink had toothpaste all over it. They changed us to another room and it too was not thoroughly cleaned. There was toothpaste all over the faucet in the bathroom and the sink in the kitchen was filthy. We asked that someone come and clean both sinks. Later that day there was a german cockroach crawling up the wall. Every day we stayed there we had to kill roaches or other bugs in our room. The breakfast was subpar. I was highly disappointed with this experience.

Summary: Room was not very clean. Hair on counters. Lots of hair and dirt on sheets. We asked for new sheets and were given a new set right away. My husband and I had to remake the bed. Sheets were very old, super thin. Carpets and window shades were old and frayed in spots. Just old looking and needing an update. All staff were very nice and friendly.
