Positive: The hotel is new and is close and walkable distance to all restaurants and main street of Riverside which is nice.
Negative: It is still under construction. The blinds of the room when we went in is not working but not really a big deal.

Positive: This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are very professional, courteous, helpful, and polite. The house keeping service is amazing. Always professional, and courteous. Maintenance are very quick to fix a problem. I accidentally got locked out of my room by the door stopper latch. House keeping called maintenance and they were there in about 2 mins. I didn’t wait long. Room was always clean and relaxing. The staff and hotel are absolutely amazing. The breakfast is also amazing. Variety of everything. I highly recommend staying here. I will be staying at this hotel on every trip I make to their city.
Negative: The only problem was at the time of my visit. The parking garage is under construction. So there was no parking except in the front of the hotel or on one side of it. This hotel sets in the heart of the city, but also part is in a residential neighborhood. So very limited parking in front and on the side. I got lucky each time to find a close spot. If you use valet it’s $29 a night. So I think once the construction is completed the parking garage will help with parking. Also while the construction is going on their pool is closed. Again this is a minor issue that will be resolved once construction is completed. But this is still an amazing hotel to stay at.
Summary: Professional Staff, and house keeping, very clean, absolutely amazing stay.
