Negative: The reason we booked that specific hotel was because it had a pool. Didn't know the pool was out of order until we got there and it was too late to find a new hotel

Positive: The room was a very good size and you can tell the place is brand new. The amenities, such as the gym (which we did not use) looks like they even have a peloton. It's located right across the street from Legoland and there are plenty of gas stations and stores nearby for quick grabs you might need.
Negative: The main purpose of our stay was to have a place to sleep and shower before heading to the parks the next day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to shower after a long day at Disney because the shower drain in our room was completely clogged, and the tub filled up too quickly to use. I brought this up to the staff, and while they said they would send someone, nothing was actually done during our stay, and we left without being able to shower. Additionally, the parking situation was very frustrating. The lot was small, and when we arrived late, several pickup trucks with trailers were parked sideways taking up multiple spaces, instead of using the back area. Overall, not being able to shower and the lack of any real resolution from staff made the stay fall short of even our very basic expectations.
Summary: Not bad for a quick overnight stay but disappointed in staff response.
