Positive: The house is very cute, just as the pictures show. It offer all the appliances you may need if you plan to cook a few meals yourself. It is easy to reach by car and although parking on the streets around it was very competitive, e manage to find a good spot every night. There is a great bakery steps away so we were able to buy fresh bread and Italian pasturies every morning. Lidia was very kind and helpful. She answered to my requests for extra linen and bathroom rug promptly.
Negative: Our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Also, the second bedroom had a strong mildew smell so I had to put my daughter to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room which was surprisingly comfortable. Also, although the shower has glass door the water leaks everywhere and it was impossible to keep the bathroom dry. That is kind of a patpif for me so it made my stay quite unpleasant.
Summary: Cute and great location but needs a few changes.

Positive: Lovely decorations. Cozy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Just a short walk away from the city center and the beach. Supermarket nearby as well as pretty good restaurants.
Negative: Finding a parking lot on an affordable price is difficult. Negotiations on deposit has been difficult but Olivia fixed it well. I suggest to contact her on WhatsApp directly.
