Summary: We were very pleased with our selection of hotel for our Chicago trip. Almost everything met or exceeded our expectations. Our only concern was not having a fan in the shower room. This is causing the ceiling and wall to peel away from the structure which impairs the overall view of the condition of the hotel.

Summary: Was not comfortable felt like I was at work I had to clean things before I could even attempt to relax bed linen was dirty dresser and walls damaged very disappointing
