Summary: It was great with the exception of food availability on Saturday…Went down for breakfast 40 minutes before end of serving and many things were gone or empty. Felt really bad for those people who came down after us but before 10am end time.

Summary: The people were nice. The room was disappointing. I have mold alerfies and the room had a mold smell. The windows were facing walls, hardly any natural light. We only stayed one night, but i tried to stay out of the room for a good part of it. Sleeping was difficult. The facility itself seemed nice.

Summary: It was a nice getaway. The breakfast is fantastic with a great selection. I enjoyed staying here and would do so again. Two complaints: The front desk person, an older lady at night was reluctant to bring a blanket to the room when I was not provided one when I was at the front desk in person earlier in the evening. They told me one was in the room already, and it was not. I do not mind the mistake from housekeeping, but she seemed a bit lazy and did not want to do her job to bring me one which I found ridiculous considering she is in hospitality, and I paid near $1000 to stay there. The lack of willingness to provide service was off and odd. The additional complaint is that they wanted to charge a large parking fee for every night of stay, for such a large parking lot in the suburbs, and no lack of spaces. I parked on the street which was only a 15 second difference, safe and free.
