Summary: The facility itself was fine….what wasn’t fine was the charge for parking. This was never disclosed to us. The charge is $13.00 per day to stay at a hotel that you are already paying for! We won’t be returning.

Summary: Check in is super late, arrived early and was told that early check in would come with a fee which is crazy because a room was actually available but only if you pay extra. The mattress was so soft and the pillows were non existent. Lastly house keeping never came to clean our room, no clean towels, nothing. Ive never been to a hotel were house keeping didnt house keep.

Summary: Our room and areas throughout the hotel smelled like weed. We had a minor maintenance issue and the front desk responded appropriately, but the maintenance person who came into our room was not friendly or professional. The parking fee is absurd. It's not a downtown area where parking is at a premium, it's an airport hotel in a business park. No legitimate reason to charge for parking. Room was smaller than we are accustomed to for this brand.
