Summary: Staff were friendly and helpful with giving suggestions on where to go eat. Room was clean and super comfortable. Housekeepers do a great job here and arw helpful if you need anything extra. Lindsey at check-in was also extremely helpful. The pool and basketball court was a bit small but nice. The kids enjoyed it. There's also a really nice outdoor sitting area.

Summary: The room was very nice and clean. The pool / hot tub were very dirty and a fight broke out in the middle of other families and children resulting in us not wanting to stay long. Staff were also not managing the pool area as there were people sneaking into the pool area / glass bottles were every where when the sign clearly states “no glass bottles in the pool area.” Lady at the front desk was a delight though.

Summary: We were here for a lacrosse tournament. Very large comfy rooms. Loud in hallways and only 1 elevator. Great breakfast

Summary: Everything about the hotel is excellent. I stayed there for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer. I am thinking of going back there for a vacation soon. Luv it.

Summary: The only thing I didn't like was that the woman at the desk didn't give me the water that the hotel always gives you as a courtesy because she wouldn't get up from her seat. The person was very obese and maybe that's why she didn't want to get up from her seat. Then I went back to ask her for the water and she told me to go to the refrigerator and get it from there, when the little bags of water that the hotel gives away were only a step away from her.

Summary: Overall, it is a very nice place, but some basic changes are needed. Recommendations - fix the Tvs, fix the furniture that is damaged and can you please provide more than 1 knife, fork and a spoon.
