Summary: The hotel is soooo loud. You will hear everything, the man upstairs killing the restroom, and all of your neighbors. The floors are neglected. The rooftop bar is amazing! The staff is so friendly, the breakfast bar is super slow to be restocked. Mainly the noise, the carpets being dirty, my TV not working, those are the main issues.

Summary: The front desk person that I checked into that evening was the nicest person I’ve ever met! Very accommodating! The only thing that I could’ve used was a microwave. I was very shocked. It wasn’t one in the suite.

Summary: Staff extremely helpful, from getting us to the parking garage to the smooth check in. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast had it all. Eggs, sausage, hash browns plus all the sides. Nice experience.

Summary: Very clean. No moldy/musty odors like so many hotels. The curtains closed all the way and there were two easily-reached outlets on each side of the bed. The kitchen was spacious and the couch was large.

Summary: Great new hotel, with awesome rooftop bar. Rooms, ours anyway, was large with kitchen, island and sofa & chair. Convenient location for Great American ballpark and Newport on the levee. Staff was great. Check in/unloading area was congested with only a couple parking spots and many cars on a Friday. Room was for 4 people, plenty of stocked towels to go around. Island only had 2 chairs for a room for 4....? Shower soap, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in shower, and lotion, and a decent hairdryer. But please ditch the goopy sloppy bar soap at the sink. Breakfast was included and real plates and silverware not plastic disposable. Was ok but 9AM Sat the hot food dishes pretty much empty...no meat, very little eggs. yogurt bowl empty. Need more than 1 toaster. Sun morning ... was absolutely packed....no where to sit inside or outside, lobby tables were full. could not really even get near the food area as so many were just everywhere standing. But saw there weren't even any breads, bread thing was empty. Honestly didn't want to wait around for refill, then stand in line or an open table so just decided to check out hit the road and go somewhere else. The breakfast room is really not adequate for the size of the hotel when it's full. Would I stay here again.... yeah I would, love the location and the rooftop option.

Summary: Breakfast was gone by 9:15am. There were not enough people working and food for everyone expecting breakfast. I did get cold potatoes and cold sausage. And I paid for this?
