Summary: Excellent, from the moment we entered until we left 3 days later, all was wonderful. Great location, Bruce the chef went above and beyond for a gluten sensitive diet, pool very clean, all staff wonderful- will come and stay here again!

Summary: We stayed 4 nights as a family. We very much enjoyed our stay, nicely maintained clean hotel with the most friendly staff. Everyone we encountered were very professional and kind. Kids really enjoyed salt water pool (the real pool with actual depth!). Hubby and I enjoyed well equipped exercise room with Peloton! We loved the location as it was close to major attractions including downtown area. We will definitely be back again.

Summary: Shampoo and conditioner we empty, you would think for the price you pay the hotel could spring for some 2 ply toilet paper. We went to pull dishes out of the dishwasher and they were still Filthy

Summary: For the most part, our stay was very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was okay. The eggs were tasteless and overcooked. I gave the cleaning 3 stars because when we arrived, we had to move because the room smelled of pee. The hotel allows pets, so cleaning carpets and fabrics is very important to get rid of pet smells.

Summary: Stayed for a weekend with my family. The staff are extremely professional and helpful. Breakfast is delicious especially the morning tacos ! It would be appreciated if the parking was included in the cost, that extra cost is not necessary and off putting.

Summary: Close to Parliament and other historical/ tourist attractions, my family and I enjoyed every moment in Canada. The amenities at this location are perfect for a family / couple stay, and the proximities of the stores and banks make it quite convenient too.
