Positive: The staff at the front desk and housekeeping are friendly and very helpful. The very spacious rooms with all kitchen amenities plus washer and dryer make it perfect for longer stays. Best location! My favorite hotel in Ottawa :)

Positive: The rooms are not cramped with Beds like in a normal hotel. It was like having our own condo with a working kitchen, laundry, living space and bedroom. You dont need to rush in the morning to avoid missing the breakfast, you can be on your own pace and make your breakfast. Go out, do your thing and come back to a clean kitchen and condo!!

Negative: The location is noisy because of its close proximity to the market and traffic.
