Positive: The suite was clean and everything worked properly. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful. Liked having more control over the AC/heat than is typical and that there were operable windows. The breakfast selections were good.
Negative: Just a couple of small things. The bed was a bit too firm for us, but comfortable enough and it would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the toilet/shower area. Otherwise it was a very good place for a couple of nights.

Positive: Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Negative: It is not clean. I had a curly hair on my bedsheet and another hair that looked like a man’s back hair. And when I asked for a change, there was no housekeeper for the night. We were offered to transfer rooms but we needed to be in an adjacent room to our elderly parents. AND, the bathroom was moldy! Gross! Also breakfast is no good.

Positive: The Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very response to our airport shuttle requests and pleasant to work with.
Negative: It was a little pricey, but doable.

Positive: Breakfast ended at 9AM but almost all of the food was pretty much gone or picked over by 8:45 AM when we made it down to the breakfast room. We had 3 piles of trash in the hallway near us, from meals in other rooms. The piles were there when we checked in and still there the next morning. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful, the place was in good shape, the parking was free and plentiful, and TV and WiFi were good quality and speed.
