Positive: I thought the staff was incredibly helpful and personable! The fitness center had great options to work out and the breakfast was hot and fresh the entirety of the offering window.
Negative: I did have some trouble with the Guest Wifi offered at the hotel which made getting work done incredibly difficult as I was there on business. Also, during my stay the television in my personal room stopped working and needed to be repaired.

Positive: The hotel is nice and the rooms were very spacious. Location was great too!
Negative: No bar in the hotel. The shower light needs replacing, I had to leave the door open to get light from the other room.

Positive: It was very clean, modern, priced right, convenient to walking downtown/ food/ bars, parking was easy. I couldn’t find a thing wrong with the place.
Negative: There was no negative. It was great!

Positive: The hotel is great in every sense and the only thing that needs improvement is breakfast which can be better than what it is. For example hot breakfast options are very limited and for a vegetarian person there is hardly anything to eat except for toasts. But property is excellent and location is great as well.
Negative: Breakfast can be better
Summary: I would always stay here for what this hotel offers us in terms of spacious and clean rooms

Positive: Pretty new hotel, good location - close to the station, very comfortable bed.
Negative: Upon check-in they tried to charge me the full price for the stay that I already pre-paid via booking.com (fine, it was resolved within a few minutes). Upon check out I was charged with valet parking even though we did not have a car. Two different people at reception, two cases of overcharging. One case can be a mistake, but two in a row are concerning.
