Positive: The king-size bed provided exceptional comfort, complemented by the balcony and kitchen amenities. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were quite palatable, and the pool access was appreciated.
Negative: The staff's demeanor was perceived as unwelcoming. Furthermore, the hallways were excessively warm, and the response from the check-in personnel was unhelpful. The facility had only one operational elevator, with the other out of service. Additionally, the balcony door was non-functional, and a wasp nest on the balcony presented a potential health hazard.
