Summary: Overall great stay. My only complaints were the room had a bad smell so had to buy scent plug in to help and the mattress very uncomfortable. The hotel Definitely needs to invest in better mattresses!!

Summary: All went ok except I told front Desk one remote did not work. They took a new one to my daughter’s room and never followed up as to who called for the remote. The rooms were booked together w a request to be close or adjacent. We were not even on the same floor.

Summary: the hotel is pretty nice. the front desk ladies are lack of basic attitude of service: when there are more than one customers, they totally don't get how to deal with more than one. they will spend significant amount of time with one customer, without even greeting or briefly acknowledge their being aware of the next customer who has been standing there waiting...
