Summary: It was ok. The pool was nice, food was good. Room was ok. Elevator and hallways were hot. Gym was decent.

Summary: This hotel was great for our family for a baseball tournament. I loved having a full size fridge. Our room was warm, but they were able to reset the a/c and they also provided 2 fans. Also, smoke detector battery started beeping and they handled it very quickly.

Summary: When we arrived after driving for eight hours, we discovered upon entering our room that it did not have a sofa bed, which we had specifically reserved. However, following a discussion with the front desk, we were upgraded to a larger room at no additional charge. We were grateful that they accommodated us and had a suitable room available. If we have to evacuate for hurricane, we will be returning to this hotel.

Summary: The room that I booked was not available so I was given another room. Which was 2 queen beds instead of a king bed. This wasn’t a big deal except that room was disgusting. On first glance the room was okay. But then there was the Peeling furniture, the toilet wasn’t working and was missing a part. The poor front desk clerk had to grab a part from the toilet from another room! The ac was not cooling. I think that room that we were put in wasn’t ready for guests but they put us in it anyway! The sheets smelled musty. If the room was cleaned prior to our arrival, wouldn’t they have figured out that the toilet wouldn’t flush? The next morning we asked for another room & spent our last night in a new room. That room was much better & cleaner. The only bright note was the Staff were nice and friendly. I’ve never had this experienced anything like this at a hotel before.

Summary: I loved the hotel it was great but i my keys stopped working and i when i went to the front desk the attendant was nowhere around for 30 mins. Low and behold i found him in his office sound asleep smh.

Summary: Since the room was only serviced every other day and I had a 2 day stay it would have been nice to have more coffee! The pool listed on your website WAS NOT OPEN!

Summary: Great location, clean spacious room, comfy bed with hot breakfast included! I called the hotel front desk a couple of days before check-in with a question and Orylia was so kind and more than helpful! Will definitely stay here again!
