Positive: The location was excellent for my purposes. The price was very good for my budget. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a wonderful restaurant next door, and other options fairly close by.
Negative: Breakfast was very basic — not even toast. But they did have waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, microwave burritos, breakfast cereal, and yogurt. I would have appreciated toast and a little fruit. The ceiling in my bathroom was peeling and moldy. Otherwise, my room was clean and comfortable but furnishings a bit outdated, which was fine with me. It was very functional.
Summary: This is a good hotel for price-conscious travelers.

Positive: I liked the price and location. For desk was kind really appreciated that. I was visiting from Vegas for a wedding
Negative: I was upset that the house keeper was trying to make it seem like me and my sister were trying to steal towels because we asked for 2 more. It was me my sister and 4 kids there was only 3 towels. The lady said we already had 3 towels and that they count them. I felt offended because it wasn't like there was just a few of us. On top of the the restroom had mold and water damage on the ceiling.

Positive: Breakfast was good. The sausage/egg/cheese croissants were delicious. The breakfast burritos not so much. Waffles, fresh fruit, juice choices etc were excellent. Our room was spotless and the beds comfortable
