Positive: Appartament is really really amazing. Day before I came, I get a message, that I get upgrated for their penthouse and I cannot be more happy. Room is amazing, view is beautifull, and you have everything what you need. even dishwasher, washing machine and fully equiped kitchen. It will not be last time, when I stayed here. Seriously love that apartament, and infront of it, you have a bus station.

Negative: The guy that I did check in with doesn't speak english, but incase when we didn't understanded each other, he gave to me some lady on the phone and we solved everything.

Positive: The room is exactly as it is pictured. Very beautiful and very clean. Shower and tub were a perfect fit during my stay. Lots of cafes, restaurants and small groceries in the immediate area. The host greeted me when I arrived.

Negative: I wish the Tv situation was better. There was no way of signing into any of my apps, ie Netflix and Amazon so that was a bummer.

Positive: The apartment is as shown in photos, very well decorated and clean. The most exceptional thing however is the staff, making sure we're comfortable and providing quick assistance. The communication was excellent!
