Summary: They start knocking on the door despite the do not disturb sign one hour before checkout. They enter with their key despite the do not disturb and without knocking at 15 minutes prior to checkout time

Summary: The room was clean, but there was no electrical outlet for my cpap machine, on the side of the bed that I'm used to sleeping on. I reserved the room a month in advanced and my friend reserved her room shortly afterward asking that her's be close to mine, but mine was downstairs and hers was upstairs and there were no hand rails going up and down the stairs and she's 84 years old! And most of the food was gone by the time we came to the lobby for breakfast. My friend and I couldn't use our cell phones because the cell service was so bad, even after connecting to the Inn's wifi. So if we wanted to arrange to go out and eat, one of us had to walk up and down the stairs. The bad cell service also caused a problem when my friend's daughter couldn't contact her for over 24 hours. She was finally able to contact me on my computer, but only after 48 hours had passed.
