Positive: Cute building. More than enough parking. Right on the highway with easy access.
Negative: Air conditioning would freeze up after a couple of hours. Carpet was old and stained but clean. Needs replacing.
Summary: Would stay there again. Prefer there over a chain motel.

Positive: The room was clean and pleasant. The staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Negative: The water taps in both the bathroom & vanity were very difficult to turn on or off and change between cold/hot or hot/cold. My room faced the highway and the noise of the semi-trucks speeding by all night made it difficult to sleep. If I were to stay there again I would ask for a room on the back of the building. There was no easy way to load and unload your luggage without going to the front and all the way down the walk to your room due to the fence/railing that went all the way around the building, so even if you park directly in front of your room, you still have to take your luggage to the entrance and then walk back to the room.
Summary: It was fine overall, since I was only there in the morning and at bedtime.

Positive: Adorable little inn! Very clean and comfortable beds. Everything worked great and my kids loved the open field located just behind the inn. Great little spot to stop on your travels!
Negative: The breakfast was quite basic though I don't think they have a full kitchen. Mostly pantry items.

Positive: The breakfast was amazing. Exactly what we needed. It's nothing spectacular, just happened to be an ideal fit for us as we were in grad and go mode by the time we woke up!
Negative: The indoor-outdoor carpeting on the deck and stairways should be replaced. Honestly, this is not a big deal, nor is it a safety hazard (yet), it just looks shabby.
