Summary: Good accommodation in rural setting. Well appointed with all amenities. Small concern over slippery shower, maybe a anti-slip shower mat and a grab handle would assist less mobile visitors.

Summary: We stayed at the house for about a week together with our two kids. There's plenty of space and the garden and the view are wonderful. We really enjoyed our time and miss this place already!

Summary: Amazing location and setting for the property but let down by extremely poor WIFI and bathroom and toilet ( shower very small and slippery exit, toilet small and very diifficult to access. Felt very uncomfortable having to wait for gite to be checked over before receiving our very large deposit back.We have never had to pay this amount of cash for a depoist before.Gite would be ideal though for a family with small children.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Melanie and Ambroise. The house was great. The service was even better. Melanie and Ambroise are lovely people how care a lot for their tenants and their houses. We recommend a stay in beautiful Normandy with them!

Summary: We had a very enjoyable week in Normandy; Melanie and Ambroise’s house is set in lovely, peaceful countryside a few miles from Honfleur. In a lovely setting, it is well equipped with all that we needed for the week and our hosts were accommodative and very nice people.

Summary: Fairly straightforward booking but feel should have all costs declared upfront... such as bed linen and the large cash security deposit. Lovely location. Perhaps more basic and sparsely furnished than one might expect.

Summary: The house is up a bending and climbing single track road which took a bit of getting used to. Well worth it for the view. Very easy to drive in to Honfleur and there is a great baker in the nearby village. Melanie and Ambrose, the owners, were very helpful.. we were blessed by the weather and had a brilliant time.

Summary: We had a very lovely stay! Hosts very kind and helpful. Honfleur is cosy and easy to reach by car. Amazing view from the house/ garden. Our two year old daughter was in love with the cows in front of the house every morning (behind a fence no worries) and the amount of toys for her and her little brother was more than perfect. Quit, clean and beautiful place. Would love to return! Thanks Dick, Karen and Tess & Mees

Summary: We spent two weeks in this beautiful house. It is a quiet and peaceful place and if you like your privacy and rest there is no better place in this neighbourhood. The house is well equiped and very comfortable. I would surely recommend it. For non French speakers it is also a profit that the owner speaks English!
