Summary: Bugs! Room was filled with ants. Tried to put my luggage on the bed and on a chair to get away from the ants but they were everywhere. There was also two cockroaches that I saw, afraid of how many I didn’t see. The service was exceptional so I feel bad giving a bad review but wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: We have problem with change room to AIr condition room ,the hotel we book should be AC room as said in the confirmation which I show to the front desk one employee was ok to change my room at first then later after wait for AC room clean up ,that employee was left for the day ,i was talk to the boss of the hotel to get room change unfortunately I had not Been success ,after all the argue I gave up but had to stay at fan rom Which I was not happy about it ,so aware of hong Phann hotel .i stay away with the hotel .
