Positive: Room was comfortable and the small gym was fine.
Negative: However, cleanliness was lacking — floors not well cleaned, broken shower head taped together, no toilet paper, and minimal kitchen supplies (only one deep plate for three guests, no cloths). The sofa bed had no mattress, only a duvet placed under the sheet for our child. The main bed was far too soft and the pillows were of poor quality. No cleaning or fresh towels during our 5-night stay. Most worrying: aluminum foil wrapped around the smoke detector.

Positive: Very convenient location for us. Plenty of room and the staff were beautiful. So helpful.
Negative: The beds were small and you need to ask for a room with proper beds or you get beds approximately up a 18 inch high platform then bed is on a false floor. Impossible for older people or if you have a bad back. Also was so hot and no AC but they gave us a little fan which helped.
Summary: Very convenient place to stay and lovely staff.

Positive: This is a comfortable stay, at least it was for us! The best features are - Staff: very ready to help with anything and cater to your wishes as much as they can. They made us feel like they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Thank you for that, and hälsningar from us! - Breakfast: some have complained its lacking variety, but all in all, it's a nice extra! Anyway, you have a small kitchen in your room, so it's easy to tune the breakfast more to your liking - Location: even if getting to the center of Stockholm is a hassle, it's walking distance to a well equipped grocery store and some cafés and restaurants. Couple of bus stops are just around the corner. There's a very decent Thai restaurant on the premises. It seemed that there's going to be a nice little park on the other side of the street, now it was just a work site. - Room: very nice beds, the possibility to do some small cooking, good enough soundproofing, balcony, good shower... - We also made use of the gym and sauna and the shaded terrace area behind the building, all nice extras to have too.
Negative: We actually had to extend our stay and ended up staying for 2 weeks. A long stay like this, and there's bound to be some inconveniences. Nothing major though, but to mention some... - Our room was mostly cleaned well, but there were loads of disgusting things (like big flakes of dried human skin!) by the beds. Also, the towels are obviously washed, but an update might do good, since they have quite a few uncleanable forever-staines already. - The first night, a staff member came to our door at 10pm to "accuse" us of not having paid, although we had. I mean, why come at that hour? Could have easily cleared that the next day. - In spite of the crew's helpful attempts to fix it, they couldn't make the TV in our room to work properly. - It's supposed to be a "non smoking hotel", but people keep smoking all around, and the lawn in front is peppered with butts. - There's supposed to be a sort of AC, but as the weather was nice and warm, our west-facing room was boiling hot every evening

Positive: The hotel was very friendly. The room is clean and cozy equipped with everything you need. Free coffee and tea for guests is a nice bonus. Free convenient parking nearby. The city center can be reached by bus and then by train for 45 minutes. Bus stop near the hotel. Gorgeous nature nearby for walks in the forest. I recommend this hotel especially if you are traveling by car.
