3 Bedroom House in Hope Town

This renovated home sits on possibly the most ideal homesite on the island: An actual beach-front house, level lot, sunset view, on the calm side, perfect soft sand, crystal clear swimming waters, good privacy, and right at the top end of Hope Town. Brand new air conditioner, new chef's kitchen, open-concept, and new back-up generator, all newly renovated bedrooms, new flooring throughout (not in the pictures yet!), new stainless steel appliances including a second mini fridge (comes in quite handy for bigger groups!), and new clothes washer and dryer. Master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom which has two full-size beds in a bunk (adult size), and a twin bed (thus sleeps 4 in that room), and a pull out queen size bed in the main room. 2-minute walk from the North-End Public dock ferry drop-off, free boat docking 80 meters from the house at a newly built dock, and a short bike, boat, or rental golf cart to Hope Town and the restaurants, and yes you can cart through town now and south to the rest of the island's attractions as well. It's only a 15 minute ferry or boat ride over to the dock from the mainland, which is only a 5 minute cab from MHH international airport! Great snorkeling right off the beach, especially around the reefs at the north tip. Some renters have even caught bonefish right in front of the house after seeing them swimming by from the deck! We usually have at least 1 or 2 kayaks, some floaties, a paddleboard, etc although sometimes they are broken or go missing and it takes a bit to order new ones in from the US. We have a great relationship with the cart rental company, so they will drop off carts right at the ferry or boat dock for you, or at the house if you prefer. We also give you a full info guide, custom-curated by us, for most of the great things around the island, best practices at the house, and lots of other good info, and we email this to you well in advance of your trip so you can plan out all the best things! For restaurants, there are many amazing spots just a short cart or boat ride away including Captain Jack's, Firefly, Abaco Inn, Hope Town Inn & Marina, On Da Beach, Mackey's, Golden Kitchen, and more coming soon! However, keep in mind that one of the nicest meals you will have is BBQing looking over the beach and sea, and for that, there's a huge grocery store in Marsh Harbour near where you land (usually a great spot for a first big shop before you come across), and a small grocery store right in Hope Town. For high season (May to August) please try and book at least 6 consecutive nights; however, if you want to stay less, just inquire here and let me know what you're looking for and I will do my best to make it work! There is a reason this is not only the most rated, but also the highest rated rental house in all of Hope Town and Elbow Cay!

Summary: This house was absolutely perfect for our group of five adults and one 10-year-old. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views—especially the stunning sight of the lighthouse and the steady stream of sportfishing boats heading out in the early morning and returning in the afternoon, all visible right from the porch. Every sunset was a picture-perfect show, with the house facing west and offering front-row seats.The home itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We loved having the beach just steps away and our boat docked nearby, making it easy to head out on the water whenever we wanted. The view from the kitchen window alone was enough to make cooking a joy.It's a short and scenic walk or golf cart ride into town, giving us quick access to shops and restaurants while still enjoying the peace and quiet of this perfect location. The house strikes an ideal balance between convenience and tranquility—we couldn't have asked for more!

Summary: Our stay at the Beach House was awesome. Great location on the north end of the island. We had a golf cart and the house provided the gate key required to allow golf carts through the settlement.The house is very private and we really enjoyed hanging out on the covered porch and the beach in front of the house. We also rented a boat and the community dock a short walk away was really great.We plan to return in the future.

Summary: The house is located in a perfect spot! Staying on the North End is great, as no one South of hopetown has access to this area (need gate key to get thru town & this rental comes with 1) the gate key allowed us to travel anywhere on the island via golf cart (renting one is a must).The house is modernized, clean, comfortable great kitchen & many appliances. The covered porch is perfect to get out of the sun, but still feel like you were at the beach. The big yard has plenty of room for kids to play and a virtually private beach that stretches all the way to the point. The beach access next-door to the house is just for the people staying in the area and there were never many people on the beach. The bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed. the master bedroom& bathroom is spacious with a great shower & king bed. There were six of us with four teenage children, and we had plenty of room. Getting to our rental boat kept at the North Dock was quick walking distance or golf cart (plenty of parking).**RECOMMENDATION - when arriving on elbow, you should have your golf carts left at the LOWER DOCK instead of North dock. It’s just at the end of town, short drive away & is a mandatory stop for every ferry to/from Marsh Harbour. Reason If tide is low, the ferry cannot get to the north dock and you’ll get dropped at the lower dock-it always goes to the lower dock though.

Summary: Setting is just as described in the listing. Scene off the back deck is fabulous. Sunsets were truly special. House was fully stocked with pretty much every thing one could need. Golf carts back and forth to town, and restaurants were fun and an adventure. Boat rental and dockage was exactly as described. All in all a wonderful place to relax, boat, kayak, fish, swim, etc! Loved it!
