Positive: The location was quiet and near the downtown area, about 10 mins walk. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was also quiet unlike other places that you would hear it running when it comes on and off.
Negative: The only slight problem was entering the gate for parking, it didn't open several times using the fob provided. Would be better if more towel hooks added and better quality towels. The bathroom is small so would be nice to have a place to hang them.

Positive: The automated check-in system worked as advertised. The room was clean and well-appointed. There was plenty of on street parking.
Negative: Sometimes, the front door to the building didn't; close all the way, which is a security problem. I cam downstairs more than once and the front door had closed but not latched.
Summary: Clean room, good location, automated check in worked fine.
