Positive: Location was amazing, the view was outstanding. Beds comfy, wood burner fire was good for the cold night's. Good value for money. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway

Negative: The slippery floors outside. There is a caution sign but that doesn’t help when it’s slippery as you still need to walk on the wooden ramps etc to get into property or in/out hot tub. Would bee good if mats or something were put down as 2 of the group fell thankfully they weren’t hurt overly bad.

Summary: Great stay for a quiet get away, would be amazing in the summer.

Positive: The location of the lodge next to the river is exceptional, beautiful views and relaxing sounds of the flowing water. The lodge had everything that you would need & expect for a comfortable hassle free stay.

Negative: I think that given the hillside exposure and the Scottish climate, the outside decking could do with a little bit of maintenance to preserve its longevity.

Positive: The view was outstanding and amazing with the hot tub as well. The kids had the option on bunk beds or single beds as well.

Negative: It could have been alot cleaner. Bins wernt emptied from the people before, dirty womans underwear found under kids bunk beds. The heating was tenlmpermental aswell but the owners done everything to ensure we got a heat.

Positive: The location on it's own, absolutely makes this place. Read the visitor manual for the way down to the river side and all the walks. Absolutely mind blowing view. The hot tub and that view... amazing. The beds are comfy. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen. It's all just very gorgeous.

Negative: Cleaning could include removing spider webs from balcony and decking rails to get full star rating but I was quite happy once I saw there was a feather duster perfect for the job.

Summary: I wish I could afford to come for a whole month!
