Welcome to Youth Hostel Remerschen (Schengen)
The spacious rooms of the youth hostel opened in 2007 are located in a renovated convent and a new constructed extension. It is situated at the heart of the village of Remerschen, close to a bathing pond, the Moselle river and a nature reserve and is provided with:
- 3 conference rooms
- family rooms with terrace
- restaurant with cafeteria
- common rooms
- garden with pond
- youth centre
150 beds are divided in rooms from 2 to 6 beds, all equipped with sanitary facilities. Cosy dormitories at the attic are suitable for scouts or nursery schools.
Our team will do its best to satisfy the guests and offers full board (lunch, dinner, packed lunch). Luxembourgish specialities and vegetarian meals are available on request.
The hostel is also suitable for disabled guests. There is no age limit and it is open the whole year through.

We are committed to providing a safe environment for all our guests. Please keep in mind that as of 1 November 2021, guests are required to provide either:
- Proof of full vaccination against coronavirus (COVID-19)
- A negative coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR-test no older than 72 hours
- A negative coronavirus (COVID-19) Antigen-test no older than 48 hours and certified by an official laboratory (no self-tests)
- Proof of recovery from coronavirus (COVID-19) within the past six months
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate guests who are unable to provide any of the above mentioned documents after 1 November 2021.
Accepted vaccines are Comirnaty (aka BioNTech/Pfizer), Moderna, Vaxzevria (aka AstraZeneca), Janssen (aka Johnson & Johnson). Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information or assistance.
