Positive: It was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful. I recommend the place!

Negative: It took a very long time for the hot water to reach the room. I had to let the water run for minutes.

Positive: Breakfast was quite nice, with pre-order, but was served very quickly when you come down to the kitchen

Negative: Ventilator did not work properly (turned off from time to time) but luckily it was not so hot outside on the days of our stay

Positive: Room, food, tasty bear and view - lake and mountins and smiling personal! We lived here 10 days when in Ostrava was Hockey Championship, only 25 minutes ride from Ostrava, but it was worth it! Very big, clean room! Tasty breakfest! And good choise of bear and food on dinner. Offers also boat, waterbike etc...
