Cozy fireplace, private back yard with gas grill on covered patio. Take light rail to downtown Denver and all sporting events or to DIA. Colorado's grand mountain-lodge-themed shopping center with 189 stores is a 5 minute drive. 39 restaurants are in the immediate area (Including Krispy Kreme!). Movie theaters, bowling, mini-golf and indoor sky diving, also 5 minutes away. Basically we have everything Colorado has to offer, including intense retail therapy!

Summary: There was a slight mixup on our arrival date with the house not being 100% ready. They promptly addressed the issue. Our stay was good, great location and view. Loved the outdoor space. A couple things that we were not expecting property full of the owners belongings in closets /cabinets and the freezer full of their food Recommend a new coffee pot. The beds could be updated too. Thanks

Summary: Very nice property. Felt like we were at home. Lew was a great host and very nice to deal with. Appreciate his upfront style and total honesty. We were in Denver for a large family gathering and wedding. This house was our oasis!

Summary: We were looking for a place on the south side of Denver to use as a base for a day trip down to Royal Gorge and Garden of the Gods. We also fit in a Rockies game. This house was close to the interstate and the light rail trail. There were a lot of shops and restaurants close by that made it convienent. It was very clean and comfortable.

Summary: We had a great stay at this property. It was nice and clean, plus it was a very convenient location for the activities we had planned. Lew was able to accommodate us for an early check-in, which was awesome so that we could drop off our golf clubs and luggage. Would most definitely stay there again if/when a trip to Denver is planned!?

Summary: Area was nice but to far from Denver All closets & drawers & cabinets were completely packed. Not more than 5 hangers available and no room to hang your own things. Hot tub was not working ( no water). The cushions on the lawn chairs were all ripped and wasn’t swept, rake, broom, shovels, hose left all over.

Summary: Everything was great and the house is in a great location near lots of amenities. My only slightly negative comment would be that there’s no curtain on one of the windows is the master bedroom and the beds are very firm. Not necessarily bad things, but not great for my back and being a light sleeper. Other than that, we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: Great location and very nice house. I think the listers live there and there was an ammonia odor coming from the basement that smelled like cat urine. If the listing was a home that didn’t have their valuables there (clothing, food, etc) I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It had everything that we could have needed and a completely stocked kitchen for every cooking and baking need. The location was perfect for everything we needed and wanted while we were in town. Easy access to everything.
