Positive: The location, view , space. It suited all our needs.
Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property it just had a few areas that were not cleaned. The master bedroom downstairs had dried urin and dead flies in the toilet and the bed had dirt under the sheets.
Summary: We came to Breckenridge to spend time hiking some 14 ers and enjoying the landscape. We will definitely stay here again

Positive: IT'S LOCATED AT 11.360 FEET. YES. IT WAS THAT HIGH. It's a Beautiful house. There were plenty of room for everyone in our group. The view was spectacular: the forest, the snow-capped peaks, the beautiful foxes.
Negative: 1) ONLY BECAUSE OF THE SNOW: Drive way should have been made wider and not sloped to the left at the entrance. Our F250 4x4 truck got stuck because it slid to the left of the drive way and got no traction. We tried to get it out for about 2 hrs with the help of another f250, a 4runner and 6 persons, but could not get it out of the deep snow. It kept sliding more and more to the left because the driveway was sloped to the left. We had enough snow digging and called the the tow truck. 2) IT'S LOCATED AT 11.360 FEET which is very cool, but our friends are from Houston and Los Angeles were having severe ALTITUDE sickness staying in the house. We were all stayed in Denver for 2 days before heading up to the mountains, but that didn't help. We check out a day earlier, because we couldn't take it any more.
Summary: IT'S LOCATED AT 11.360 FEET. It's beautiful, but make sure you can handle the high altitude

Positive: It was great! Perfect location! The hot tube with the views and the kitchen. Elk in the backyard! Awesome!
Negative: All bedrooms should have TV’s. Grill was not working and very dirty. Bathroom lighting needs to be better.
