Summary: This property is at the top of our best vacations ever list. The two floor living was perfect for our two families of four. The home was loaded with all the cooking and hanging out by the lake amenities you could imagine. Perfect property to relax and swim in a quieter finger just off the main lake but still have access to everything within a 5 mile drive or quick boat ride. The dock was perfect for swimming and tying the boat up for the week. It was awesome the owners allowed use of their wakeboard and kneeboard; our teens and tweens learned watersports for the first time. Our pups also loved having the shallow lake/beach entrance on the property to wade and swim around. Oh and the new, huge hot tub was a hit amongst the kids and adults. Can’t say anything more than the place is perfect for a family or two family vacay at Lake Gaston!

Summary: This was a fantastic find on Lake Gaston. There was plenty of room for the six of us. We made use of the kayaks, paddle board and large float. And we all had a great time! Plenty of dishes and silverware! Only thing I’d note is the Tiki Bar area needed some cleaning. Fridge there (which was great to have) was pretty dirty.

Summary: Wonderful hosts, communication was prompt and accurate. House was clean as a whistle. Every inside like new. The deck has a great view of the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Flat backyard with easy access to dock and amazing boathouse with shaded bar and seating area. Water off the dock is clean and is deep enough for swimming. Gentle slope to the shore so you could walk right in. Overall 5 stars. We definitely plan to return in the future.
