Summary: Property was as listed. Quiet neighborhood and a short distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Our family of 7 has plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub and back patio was where we loved to hang out. The view of the Colorado Monument was amazing. We hope to rent again in the future.

Summary: Only issue we had was not enough toilet paper and paper towels. The master bedroom also got a little warmer at night than the rest of the house. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and the family really enjoyed how comfortable and welcoming the rooms and furniture were. Great patio and view!

Summary: The older farm house has been remodeled well, the inside furnishing are welcoming, workable and comfortable while retaining the antique character. We enjoyed the house. The owners were easy to work with and we had no problems or issues with this property. Only a short walk to downtown, highly recommend this property.

Summary: Plenty of beds. Clean kitchen. Clean hot tub. Open garage for the gear. Pleanty of parking for the convergance on Fruita. I rate this place a perfect 10.

Summary: The house was just what we were looking for. It was very well equipped for our large group. I really appreciated there was enough plates glasses, etc that we never ran short. I especially liked the large garage for storage of all our bicycles. Only down side was my 6’4” son had to duck to get up the stairs, easy enough to manage….I look forward to staying there again.

Summary: We stayed at this property for spring break and had a wonderful time. We had 12 people and there was lots of room for all of us. We cooked most of our meals at the property and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything that we needed! We spent one day hiking in Colorado National Monument and it was so easy to get to the park from this property. Our kids had lots of fun in the hot tub and playing board games! This house is charming! We throughly enjoyed our stay there!

Summary: this property is great for large groups, the living room is huge and can accommodate everyone, kitchen is a little on the small side but very well stocked and functional. We'll be back!
