Summary: Celebrating family and birthdays wanted close to the beach and towns that were close with options to do other things besides going to the beach. House was good for 8 adults. Location was good.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean home with all the necessary amenities. Clean, well functioning hot tub. Good size kitchen with everything we could possibly need. You can see the lake from the seating in the sunroom . Beach access right across the street. Clean beach with some chairs and benches. The owners were proactive about sharing information about local events. Responsive when we needed. Will definitely rent this property again, if the hosts will have us!!

Summary: My family of picked booked this house due to the close proximity to the beach. The location and beach are excellent! You cross the highway and go down a set of stairs to beach! It was perfect!!! I did get a $50 refund due to when we arrived (1/2 hour after check in time) the cleaners were still there. There was a mix up and they didn’t realize someone was checking in. We waited about 45 more minutes to get in. The property manager immediately apologized and voiced they wanted to make it right. Ultimately we received a $50 refund. The house has several bedrooms, I believe 5. The two back bedrooms can only be reached by walking through a bedroom. Not a big deal for our family but maybe for more groups with multiple couples etc. There also were not any blinds in two of the bedrooms which made it difficult for the kids to go to sleep and they woke up early. I’m assuming this is a newer rental and those small things will continue to be repaired. There were a few cleanliness things but I think it was because the cleaners were rushing to get us in. Ultimately the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms were all extremely clean and comfortable. We would love to come back again!
