Cozy Cottage of Caseville -aka 3Cs is across the street from Beach on the bay- free access with plenty of beach toys to tote in our wagon. This cottage offers a private rustic vibe with a knotty pine-nautical decor. Additionally, the backyard has a grill, table, chairs, and a firepit to enjoy the private wooded scenery. Please note-Since The backyard is very rustic and woodsy. So due to the woodsy and rustic area, we don't guarantee to maintain the grill or the outside furniture regularly.

Summary: Everything just as advertised, clean and quiet property in a nice safe neighborhood, stayed there with a 21 foot bass boat, easy to get it in the driveway and keep it plugged in overnight. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm up that way.

Summary: The inside of the property was much nicer than the outside. Property was run down. Beach was across the street and a few houses down. There was a wagon to bring your stuff but it only had 3 wheels. Had nice weather so enjoyed the beach.
