Positive: Gorgeous house and clean. Very helpful and friendly host. The tank for the propane grill was empty and she was super helpful over the phone to fix the situation. Great location and safe neighborhood.
Negative: I was under the impression the hot tub was included in the rental. The host contacted me and asked if I wanted to rent the hot tub for an additional $100 fee. She noticed my confusion and then stated that it was noted that there was an extra fee under the amenities tab. Sure enough there was a notation stating there was an extra cost, though not how much it would be. She explained why there's a fee, due to her needing to drain it, clean it, change filter to make sure it's clean for the next renter which makes perfect sense. I accept it's my fault for not reading thoroughly enough. I just feel like when the very first phrase in the name of the ad is "Hot Tub", there should be some asterisk or a written warning that it's not actually included in the rental price.

Positive: The house was roomy and had every item you would need to feel comfortable for travel. Great location and beautiful property.
Negative: The beds on the first floor where not comfortable. The beds make noise like creaking sounds when you role over, especially the queen size bed on the first floor. The queen size bed would benefit from a box spring or new mattress set. The second floor master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Other, than that the house is very charming and comfortable.
Summary: Great location & beautiful property. Nice for traveling with large groups.
