Summary: Have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while. Super nice staff and room was beautiful, but it was also rather pricy. Not a place I would stay frequently but I’m glad we did it one time.

Summary: Our room 204 was jammed between many room, view of street, the hotel 1928 light sign right outside my window, was on all nite😱this is out 3rd time here for our anniversary we tried getting out favorite room 212 but with no luck. We had dinner at the hotel rest and waited really long. We won’t b back

Summary: Decor was beautiful, food was excellent, service was amazing. We have stayed in great hotels in the past, but this may be our favorite. Everything is designed to make the guest comfortable without being pretentious. Loved every minute we were there!

Summary: Completely underwhelming, overpriced and poorly managed. The shower didn’t have hot water and the “engineer” was a nice guy but didn’t have a clue. I was unable to receive a phone number for a manager to discuss. They were unapologetic about the lack of the managers availability. I expected a better level of service for $750 a night in Waco. Live and learn and hopefully you will learn from this and save your hard earned money for a nice hotel that actually will get your bags out of your car to your room. Ridiculous.

Summary: We had a fantastic two night stay at Hotel 1928. If you’re a Magnolia enthusiast, this is a must. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and spacious. Food at all the on site restaurants was also phenomenal. Not a complaint to be found and I would highly recommend staying at Hotel 1928

Summary: The room itself was quite nice. The pillows for a king bed did not match. Pet peeve. The restaurant on the top floor needed baskets of blankets about for customers to snag one to use. Too cold to enjoy. Arrived right after a shower so the entire outside was unusable. A number of the cushions outside appeared moldy. Yes little things but what you pay to stay there they should not exist. Staff was quite friendly, perhaps a bit too open with their lives and the owners.
