Summary: The hotel was comfortable after my bed was fixed. The breakfast service was slow. I would have preferred a buffet service. There was no nightly managers reception as noted. The common areas like lobby, hallways and elevator are not air-conditioned. The Front desk staff were very helpful especially Onesha. My one major disappointment was the pool was difficult to reach for my accessible daughter.

Summary: My stay was amazing. The hotel is in close proximity to everything. The staff were great. The food was good at the restaurant. I will most definitely stay at Hotel 39 again!

Summary: My overall stay was good. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of food and entertainment, which I really appreciated. However, my only complaint is that there were bugs in the room — something I found very unpleasant and disappointing.

Summary: Nice quaint hotel, great location, good breakfast- the ac did not work and the shower floor is not done correctly so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom.

Summary: We had a great stay at Hotel 39. The service was great and the restaurant staff made us feel like we were right at home.

Summary: The bathroom was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty. There were two shower heads: one had black stuff coming out of it and the top water fall showerhead was broken. The staff tried their best to make up for it. The shower head was fixed right away. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people. i called 4 times and got them after 3 hours. The Alexander restaurant was very tasty! We had the free breakfast for 3 days and then ordered dinner on 5/23. The food was worth the wait! Georgette and Samantha were wonderful. Location on the Hip Strip was great! Easy walking to many places including Doctors Cave.
