Summary: A friendly check-in and great location but we did not receive our complimentary parking, as indicated and when I asked about this on checking out, I was promised it would be refunded. This has still not happened.

Summary: The bed and the pillows were really soft and cozy. So many hotels have hard beds these days. This hotel reminds me of what hotel beds used to be. They also had nice cozy robes too. Overall would recommend. The staff was nice especially the valet and the night staff.

Summary: Clean conveniant. Staff were pleasant and helful. The room AC/Heat system is quite loud. Had to shut it off for the night

Summary: Hotel was beautiful, but bathroom in the room was not my fav. Toilet paper are square sheets that tear and shred ended up just opening the top to use. Also, no shower curtain instead just a half wall of glass so water gets everywhere and so freezing. That alone will make me never stay here again
